1. The service

StayGuide provides tools for properties, bookings, guest portals, calendars, communications, CRM and financial information. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their content and lawful processing of data they enter.

2. Trial and subscription

Where a 14-day trial is offered, a valid payment method is required but no charge is made on signup day. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected prepaid term begins. The exact price and term are shown before confirmation in Stripe Checkout.

3. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation applies according to the information shown before confirmation and the prepaid term.

4. Account security

Users must use a strong, unique password and keep credentials private. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported immediately.

5. Availability

We use reasonable efforts to maintain reliable operation, backups and recovery. Third-party services such as Stripe or external iCal feeds may temporarily affect individual features.
