1. Data we process

We process owner account and billing details, property and booking information, and guest details entered to provide hospitality services.

2. Why we use it

To create and secure accounts, manage subscriptions, and operate the guest portal, bookings, communications, reports and support. We do not sell personal data.

3. Payments

Payments and card details are processed by Stripe. StayGuide does not store the complete card number or CVC.

4. Cookies

We only use strictly necessary session cookies for secure sign-in, language and core operation. We currently use no advertising cookies. If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, appropriate consent will be requested first.

5. Security and retention

We use access controls, encryption in transit, secure password hashing and restricted access. Data is retained as required for the service, legal obligations and security.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion where legally available by emailing info@stayguide.gr.
